FounderEmmie has worked in HR leadership positions within large multinationals like AP Moller Maersk and the United Nations, and is known for her calm and forward driven approach. She creates a psychologically safe environment: the perfect base for growth. Her work is inspired by Positive psychology, Habit formation and the Neuroscience of coaching. Sheholds an EMBA and is PCC certified by the International Coaching Federation. She has lived and worked in Turkey, The Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, United Arab Emiratesand the UK.

FounderJessy has held senior Commercial leadership positions in Maersk and brings Consulting experience from Deloitte and Copenhagen Business Hub. She is known for her passion andvisionary approach. She creates the space for talent to grow and go beyond their ownexpectations. She holds a MSc in Communication Sciences, a M-a-M in International Relations and is a certified coach from a level 2 ICF education institute. She has lived andworked in Germany, Belgium, Vietnam, Denmark and Sweden.

Sometimes, more than one session is needed to truly instil change and transformation to ensure long-term durable results.
